1. How do I place an order?

You can place an order anytime through the Order page. I’ll email you shortly after to confirm your pickup day and time.


2. When are pickups available?

Pickups are available between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM on your selected day. I’ll confirm your exact time in my follow‑up email.

3. How far in advance should I order?

Most orders can be ready within 1–2 days. If you need something sooner, feel free to ask — I’ll always do my best.

4. Do you offer delivery?

At this time, I offer pickup only.

5. What makes your treats gentle on sensitive tummies?

I bake in small batches with simple, familiar ingredients. The ingredients I use are made without gluten or dairy, and I’m always happy to share exactly what’s in each item.

6. Can I order for a special occasion?

Absolutely. Whether it’s a birthday, a cozy gathering, or a treat‑yourself moment, I’m happy to help make it special.

7. Do you make custom flavors or decorations?

I don’t offer custom flavors or designs at this time, but I do rotate seasonal treats throughout the year.
